Text Messaging and SMS Opt-In

‍ ‍No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors for support services, such as customer service or messaging delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.‍ ‍How we obtain consent. We send text messages only to people who have given us express consent. Consent is collected in one of three ways: (1) you enter your mobile number on a form on mavdesignbuild.com and check an unchecked, optional box agreeing to receive text messages; (2) you provide your mobile number and agree to text messages in a signed design agreement or construction contract; or (3) you give verbal consent during a scheduled call or in-home consultation, which we log with the date, time, and the team member who obtained it. We do not purchase, rent, or import contact lists, and we do not text anyone who has not first contacted us. What we send. Appointment confirmations and reminders, project schedule and site-access notifications, selection and decision deadlines, direct two-way conversation with your project manager, and — only if you separately opted in — occasional promotional messages. Frequency, cost, and opting out. Message frequency varies with your project activity. Message and data rates may apply; MAV Design & Build does not charge for text messages. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We retain project records for as long as needed to service warranties and meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements, then dispose of them securely. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

You may, at any time: Ask what we hold about you, and request a copy. Correct or update your contact information or project details. Request deletion of your personal information, subject to records we're required to keep for contract, warranty, tax, or legal reasons. Stop text messages by replying STOP to any message. Stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any email. Control cookies through your browser settings. Withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting work already performed. Exercising these rights will never result in a change to the price or quality of the services we provide you.

Service Providers and Sharing

We share information only as needed to run our business: Trade partners and suppliers performing or supplying work on your project, limited to what they need — typically name, project address, scope, and scheduling contact Business software providers — our CRM and scheduling platform, email and text message delivery providers, accounting and project management systems Payment processors and lenders, where you've chosen financing Professional advisors, insurers, and authorities, where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims All such providers are bound to use the information only for the services they provide to us. Text-message consent data is excluded from all sharing other than message delivery, as stated above.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to Other Sites
