Meet the Team Behind MAV

At MAV Design & Build, we believe the people behind your project matter just as much as the work itself. Our team is committed to clear communication, thoughtful planning, honest guidance, and craftsmanship you can feel confident in. We know construction is a big investment, and we work hard to make the experience feel steady, respectful, and well cared for from beginning to end.

Tye Dingman

Tye is the founder and co-owner of MAV Design & Build. He brings deep construction knowledge, strong instincts in the field, and a steady, humble approach to leadership. Clients and trade partners alike often appreciate his honesty, practical understanding, and ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the details that matter.

Before founding MAV, Tye worked for a commercial and public-sector general contractor in Kansas, contributing to projects on military bases. His background gave him valuable experience in both construction operations and disciplined project execution. Today, he helps lead MAV with a vision for growth, a high standard for quality, and a strong commitment to building the right culture within the company.

Outside of work, Tye enjoys mountain biking, spending time with his wife Brittany, and investing in the people around him.

Founder & Co-Owner

Jared Keeney

Jared is a co-owner of MAV Design & Build and helps lead the sales, marketing, and business development side of the company. He is passionate about building a strong business, serving people well, and continuously learning how to improve the client experience. Jared brings energy, discipline, and a forward-looking mindset to the team.

Before joining MAV in the winter of 2024, Jared worked as a controls engineer and earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. His technical background, paired with a strong drive to grow and learn quickly, helps him bring both structure and vision to the business. He enjoys thinking big, solving problems, and helping MAV continue to grow with purpose.

Outside of MAV, Jared enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with his wife Brooke. He was an All-State swimmer in high school and completed the 2025 Sleeping Bear Dunes Marathon.

Co-Owner

Judson plays an important role in supporting both our team and our clients throughout the construction process. He is often one of the main points of contact for customers and is known for being friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. His natural warmth and people skills help clients feel comfortable and cared for.

Before joining MAV, Judson spent many years as a musician and teacher. He continues to have a passion for music and serves as the worship director at his church, where he also invests in teaching and leading others. That background has shaped the way he communicates - with patience, clarity, and heart.

Judson is married to Andrea, and together they have a son, EJ. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and tackling projects around the house.

Project Manager

Jon Stamm

Jon serves as MAV’s Materials Manager and plays a key role in keeping our tools, materials, and jobsite systems clean, organized, and ready to support the work well. His consistency and attention to order help our projects run more smoothly and reflect the standards we want clients to experience on every job.

Before joining MAV, Jon served in Iraq with the National Guard as part of a long-range surveillance team. His background reflects discipline, preparedness, and a strong sense of responsibility - qualities that continue to show up in the way he works today. He also serves on the security team at his church.

Jon is married to Danielle. Outside of work, he enjoys competition shooting and values living with focus and purpose.
