What does your process look like?

We put a lot of work into what happens before construction ever begins. Design development, scope definition, material selections, pre-construction planning — all of that happens upfront so the build phase runs smoothly. In practice: we start with a discovery conversation, visit your home, develop the design and scope together, finalize a proposal, and then move into construction with a dedicated project manager by your side the whole way through.

How much does a remodel cost?

Every project is different, and we'll always give you clear, detailed pricing with no surprises. The clients we work with are typically making a significant investment in their home, and we price our work honestly to reflect the level of planning, communication, and craftsmanship we bring to every project. If budget is something on your mind, bring it up early. We'd rather have that conversation honestly at the start than have it become an awkward one later.

How long does a remodel take?

It depends on the scope, but a lot of what determines the timeline actually happens in pre-construction. Thorough planning upfront is what prevents delays once the crew is on site. You'll receive weekly schedule updates and daily logs throughout the project so you always know exactly where things stand.

Do I need to have my own designer?

No. Design development is part of what we do in pre-construction. You don't need to arrive with a finished plan. Helping you figure that out is part of the process. If you already have a designer you love and want to bring them along, we're happy to work collaboratively with them too.
